The film tells about the beginning of the success story of Viktor Tsoi and the Kino band, his relationship with Mike Naumenko, his wife Natalya and many who were at the forefront of the 1981 rock movement of Leningrad. This is a story about Leningrad of the 80s, about love, search and great hopes.
